Is a Software on Windows to enhance mouse scrolling

Setup with X1C7

1. In the ELAN TrackPoint for Thinkpad application, choose "Middle Button Action": Middle Click
2. In the Windows Settings application, go to Devices → Mouse and check "Scroll inactive windows [...]"
3. Download and launch W10Wheel
4. In the taskbar, right-click on the W10Wheels icons and set "Trigger" to "MiddleDrag"
5. In application, disable "autoscroll"
